Sehwag gets all-clear after scan

LONDON: Indian batsman Virender Sehwag has been given the all-clear after being struck on the head during a nets session at Lord's. 

Indian coach John Wright said Sehwag was helping out as an extra bowler when he was hit on the forehead by a shot from Zaheer Khan. "He had a scan last night, he's a bit sluggish today but it's not a problem," said Wright. India arrived here on Tuesday to take part in a one-day triangular series against England and Sri Lanka before playing a four-match Test series against their hosts. 

England take on Sri Lanka in the first one-dayer on June 27.
