Ganguly rested for last two

Ganguly said on Sunday he might withdraw from the final

undergo his second heart bypass operation in England

West Indies lead the seven-match series 3-2. The Indian
selectors also left out seamer Lakshmipathy Balaji, who
went for 44 runs from four overs in his debut match on
Monday, and all-rounder Jaiprakash Yadav.
